Sir,In morning it all start fresh ,but in afternoon i feel tired and sleepy , any suggestions please how to overcome this.

It is totally ok, you can taka a nap at that time for 15 to 20 minutes.

I totally agree with your idea.

One more thing sir, can you suggest me if the environment is not good but I still trying to concentrate on my goal and you know for some time it's ok but after that environment become changed due to some family matter. Would suggest me some techniques so that I will be able to achieve my target as soon as possible.😦
