How to do it?
✍🏻 🗣 Always keep in mind your long-term goals like your health and career. Write about them, discuss them, and use them as a benchmark for making day-to-day decisions.
💬 🎯 Take charge of your thoughts and mind. Don’t let it roam around freely. Make daily targets and keep them handy so that you can see them again and again. It is ok if you are not able to achieve all of them, but make daily targets for sure.
📍📍 Use the internet to your advantage for classes and actual learning. For social media, fix a time, specifically a time when you are not able to study or do your core work because of factors beyond your control.
❌ ❌ Create a distraction-free environment. Keep Mobile notifications completely off. Delete all social media apps.
❗️❓ Find what helps you in focusing on a task. For me, it is music 🎼 .
