We all know what kind of pressure we go through during our CA journey.
Although the pressure is on the brain, the impact can be seen on the whole body as well.
Our mental health and physical health takes a back seat for almost 5 years. Somehow it also impacts our performance in office and exams as well.
DISCLAIMER - I am not an expert on physical or mental health.
I am just writing it with my personal experience.
We always say to ourselves, we will start doing workouts once exams are over and it is deferred almost forever, even if we start it doesn’t last for more than a month or two. In some cases, it will last only for a few days.
One Morning Rule Can Change it all.
Just make a one-morning rule.
10 to 15 Minutes workout every day first thing in the morning for your entire life.
If you think 10 to 15 minutes is too time-consuming, reduce it to seven but do it consistently. (In my opinion, 10-15 is nothing, but just to get you started you can start for whatever time you are comfortable)
You are allowed to take a break only when you are not well.
What can you do?
Stretching.
Basic yoga poses.
Jumping Jacks
Running in place.
Don’t fall for “if only” syndrome
I will workout
If I have a good mat
a great set of equipment
a good pair of shoes etc, etc.
