Sir, honestly this has been my approach for quite a long time now..and I completely agree with you on this that sitting to study first thing in morning, definitely has positive impacts...it works even for me..

I agree with you sir. I also do the same back from my school time. Subha utke turant padne lagte hu and it really helps me. And jab lage ke aab thoda distraction ya fir boring feel hota hai tab body stretching and other excercise karte hu.

Also hamre SM ke book mai bhi diya hai ... 'Survival of fittest ' as propagated by Darwin is the only principle of survival for all organisations (here humans) , where fittest is the one who can change and adopt successfully to the change in environment.

Kuch naya hamesha kuch bura nahe hota.

Sir i think yai bhi sahi hai but mai thoda 10 min yoga kar kai then start karna prefer karta hua streching and all and jab study ka mood nahi hota toa usa movement pai bhi same karta hua and again study pai chala jata hua yai 10 min full change kar deta hai mind ko and easily focus mai bhi help karta hai
