Sir dar toh nhi lgra hai but unproductivity hit krri hai.acha time apni studies prr bitaney ke baad bhi ye last ke kuch din difference create krdete hai, ese mein unproductivity ana bhot saari negative thoughts de Jaa rha hai.Shaant rh krr bhi kuch solution nhi mil rha,deep breathing bhi practice krri.but vo ek unproductive day poori practice ke upar haavi ho jata.Chest mein alag pain feel ho rha hai,pta hai ye sbb acha nhi,phir bhi kuch help nhi kr paa rhey.Note down bhi krra hai sb kuch,ab vapas try krney baithrha hu.
