Are you feeling anxious about exams too?
I used to feel that way too. Look, first of all, it is totally normal.
But what can you do to ease it?
• Take time to think about your progress, review what you have achieved each day, and plan out what is left to do.
• Focus on staying physically and mentally healthy by exercising regularly, eating well, and getting enough sleep.
• Try to avoid negative influences, distractions, and unnecessary time on social media to keep a positive mindset.
• Connect with people who share your interests and join supportive communities, like the ones you can find on CA Circle. (link in comments).
