Want to have an amazing life?

  • Start your day with 20 to 30 minutes of workout. 

  • Do it for your entire life. (Skip when not well etc)

  • You will start feeling the difference within 30 days.

How to do it?

  • Make no excuses for “TIME NAHI HAI”

  • Don’t fall for “if only” syndrome. If only I had better shoes, a better health tracking device, a better place

  • Just pick your mat and then see the magic.

  • Music helps (but don’t make unavailability as an excuse)

  • Show up every day.

  • Pat yourself after work-out.

  • After a good session record your feelings (writing, audio, video)
