Most of you will ignore this, but for the ones who are reading, just tell me one simple thing, do you know what is the best thing you can do for yourself? Tell me the truth.
My experience says, that we all know what is super best for us, still, we don’t it. Have you ever wondered why we are not able to do it even after knowing it?

The answer is self-talk and then journalling / writing it.
Deep inside we all know what is best for us, we just think of it and forget it.
Take some time out, sit with pen and paper and start writing what is best for you in the given situation and then start writing action points to get those things done and then start working on those action points.
